Theatre Team Manager

The Senior Theatre Practitioner will play a key role in leading and managing theatre teams, coordinating surgical procedures, and maintaining high standards of patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role in our theatres and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage theatre teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of surgical services
* Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction
* Coordinate surgical procedures, including preparation of patients, equipment, and operating rooms
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements:
* Registered Operating Departmental Practitioner (ODP) or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in a theatre leadership role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions
Benefits Package:
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a competitive salary package.
