Theatre Department Team Lead

We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our Theatre department as a Senior Theatre Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical care in our modern theatres.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and contributing to the development of the Theatre department. You'll have access to the Ramsay Academy, offering opportunities for further qualifications, and the chance to advance your career across our network of over 30 independent hospitals across the UK.
Our Theatre department boasts laminar airflow systems and cutting-edge technology in many of our theatres. You'll be working in a supportive environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.
About the Role:- This role comes with an estimated annual salary of £61,000 - £85,000 based on experience, plus benefits including private medical cover and life assurance.
- You'll be expected to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
- Be registered with the NMC/HCPC
- Prior scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery experience (minimum 2 specialisms)
- Show flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs
- Pursue an excellent patient-focused service
- Display strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Manage time effectively
- Demonstrate sound written and verbal communication skills
- Show ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrate computer skills
