Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited is seeking a skilled Registered Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced professional to provide high-quality patient care as part of our Theatre team. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional individualised patient care, adhering to our policies and procedures, and promoting a positive working environment.
Responsibilities- Provide efficient and effective patient care in accordance with our standards and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and respectful working environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Hold current registration with the NMC/HCPC.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery settings.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting the changing needs of our hospital.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show a passion for delivering outstanding patient-focused service.
- A competitive salary range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
