Operating Theatre Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Operating Theatre Practitioner to lead our theatre team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury. This is a fantastic chance to take your career to the next level and make a real difference in patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week. You will work closely with our team of skilled healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and maintain a safe and efficient operating environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of theatre staff
  • Develop and implement theatre protocols and policies
  • Collaborate with anaesthetists and surgeons to ensure seamless procedures
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and safety

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the NMC/HCPC
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in scrub/anaesthetics/recovery roles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
