Theatre Practitioner - Scrub and Surgical First Assistant - Salary up to £44,000 per annum
\This Private Hospital in Banbury is seeking an experienced theatre practitioner to join their team as a Surgical First Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in scrub practice and be qualified in surgical first assisting.
\Key responsibilities include providing skilled assistance to surgeons, working effectively with the theatre team to deliver high-quality patient care, and ensuring daily preparation of the theatre in line with quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing medicines administration, and contributing to the development of the theatre team.
