Theatre Practitioner - Scrub and Surgical First Assistant - Up to £44,000 per annum
\Private Hospitals play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to the local community. This theatre practitioner position is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team in Banbury.
\As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing skilled assistance to surgeons as a Surgical First Assistant. You will work closely with the theatre team to ensure high-quality patient-centered care and customer service. Your clinical expertise will be essential in maintaining effective communication across the hospital, including with patients, team members, and Consultants.
\We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong clinical background as a Scrub Practitioner in all types of surgery, including orthopedics. You should have surgical first assistant training/qualification and be able to work flexibly, take accountability, and respond to urgent matters calmly and informed manner.
