Support Specialist for Mental Health Needs

A support specialist is required to join the team at Academics Ltd, working with students who have social, emotional, and mental health needs. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate in Psychology or Criminology looking to gain experience and build their skills in supporting children.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced staff members to educate pupils and help manage challenging behaviors. They will also facilitate therapeutic techniques and restorative practices aimed at promoting mental well-being. A strong interest in mental health support and a passion for helping others are essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
