About the Job:

As a Compassionate Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and practical assistance to our clients. You must possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy to effectively interact with individuals who may have varying abilities or behaviors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
