Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker with Specialized Training. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs, developing your skills and expertise through nurse-led training and on-the-job experience.
About the Position:
- Develop skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Make a meaningful difference in people's lives
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
