Job Description

This is a full-time Adoption Caseworker role, requiring the successful candidate to carry out Care Act assessments, develop personalized support plans, and take a lead on safeguarding enquiries. Experience of working with vulnerable individuals and families is essential.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a relocation package of up to £8,000 for the right candidate.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Social work qualification (e.g. Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent)
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Continuing professional development in line with PCF
