Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support and care to children with complex needs.
About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in caring for children with complex conditions such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to children with complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
- Work closely with families and carers to provide emotional and practical support
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- No prior care experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and develop your skills
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to children with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
