About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Support individuals to develop their skills and confidence, enabling them to participate fully in their communities.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting kindness, diversity, and a positive attitude towards learning disability.

- A competitive salary, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024.

Requirements
- A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
