Recovery Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated Recovery Worker - Substance Misuse to join our team in OX5 Yarnton/Kidlington / Shipton-on-Cherwell of Oxford. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults to overcome substance misuse and achieve a healthier lifestyle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering interventions and bringing innovation to a well-established and successful service. They will work closely with the team to implement, develop, and evaluate the therapeutic programme, ensuring an effective and high-quality provision is delivered to everyone accessing the service.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours across any 5 days of the week. Any mileage or travel expenses incurred whilst on shift will be compensated.
As a Recovery Worker, you will be empowered to support adults to make positive changes in their drug and alcohol lifestyle choices. The estimated salary for this position is £16.05 - £18.55 per hour dependent on experience. Benefits include a free DBS disclosure certificate, dedicated consultant support, efficient payroll system, and competitive rates.
