Role Overview

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join their client's dynamic team in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

About Our Client

The hospital is a 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility predominantly specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery. It provides clinical care to private, insured, and NHS patients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  2. Recovery experience - 3 Years +
  3. ALS qualification is desirable
  4. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  5. A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focused service
  6. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  7. Excellent time management
  8. Sound written and verbal communication skills
  9. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  10. Demonstrated computer skills
