Job Title: Orthopaedic Surgery Co-ordinator

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Type: Permanent

Estimated Salary: £37,500 per annum

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced theatre practitioner to join our client's team as an Orthopaedic Surgery Co-ordinator. In this role, you will work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth running of surgical procedures and provide exceptional patient care.

Key requirements:

  • Registration with the NMC/HCPC
  • Recovery experience - 3 Years +
  • ALS qualification is desirable
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focused service
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
