About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Orthopaedic Surgery Recovery Specialist to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our recovery team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent patient-focused service and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Registered with the NMC/HCPC
• 3+ Years of recovery experience in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Demonstrated computer skills
