About the Role:
Tripod Partners is recruiting a highly skilled Surgical First Assistant (SFA) Nurse to join our team in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a theatre environment, supporting surgeons during major orthopaedic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in orthopaedic surgeries, including THR, TKR, and TSR.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient procedure execution.
- Adhere to infection control and theatre protocols.
Requirements:
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Surgical First Assistant (SFA) qualification and significant orthopaedic experience.
- Expertise in THR, TKR, TSR, and upper/lower limb procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
