The Cherwell Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Ltd, is seeking an experienced Surgical Specialist to join its esteemed Theatre department. About The Role:
This is a rare chance for a skilled Surgical Scrub Nurse to specialise in Orthopaedics, supporting surgical teams in hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament procedures. With flexible shift patterns available and opportunities for career growth across 30+ hospitals, this role promises personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
NMC registration with no restrictions or conditionsSurgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including but not limited to, hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligamentsFlexible and positive attitude, with potential SFA qualification desirable but not essentialSalary & Benefits:
A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role, comes with a range of benefits, including 25 days leave + Bank Holidays, private pension where Ramsay will match up to 5% after a qualifying period, and free training via the Ramsay Academy.
