About This Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Surgical First Assistant (SFA) Nurse to join our team at Tripod Partners. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for providing expert support during major orthopaedic procedures.

Job Summary:

  • Assist surgeons during complex orthopaedic procedures, including hip, knee, and shoulder replacements.
  • Work closely with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Support surgeons during orthopaedic procedures, ensuring patient safety and efficient process.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the surgical team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience as a Surgical First Assistant (SFA).
  • Proven track record of working effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
