Surgical Care Specialist

At The Cherwell Hospital, a Ramsay Health Care UK facility, we require a skilled Orthopaedic Theatre Professional to join our theatre team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for preparing patients for surgery, coordinating theatre schedules, and maintaining optimal operating room conditions.
We seek applicants with prior experience in theatre nursing and a solid understanding of orthopaedic procedures, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs.
This position comes with a competitive salary, ranging from £42,000 to £60,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes free training and development via the Ramsay Academy and employee assistance programme.
