What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless surgical procedures, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in the perioperative environment
  • Collaborate with theatre staff to ensure efficient surgical procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • NMC/HCPC registration
  • Previous experience in Scrub or Anaesthetics and Recovery
  • Experience in elective Orthopaedics and/or Ophthalmology
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable
