ResponsibilitiesThe Waking Night Worker will:
- Assist in organizing and facilitating the evening running of the therapeutic community.
- Coordinate service users' tasks and activities.
- Monitor and minimize risk.
The Day Therapeutic Worker will:
- Empower and support adults to make positive changes in their drug and alcohol lifestyle choices.
- Work within the team to implement, develop, and evaluate the therapeutic programme.
- Manage a caseload for quality care coordination.
