**Job Title:** Theatre Recovery Lead (Nurse/ODP)

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Type: Permanent

Salary: £42,000 per annum + welcome bonus on offer for this role - up to £3,600 (T&C's apply)

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Theatre Recovery Lead to join our client's dynamic team. The hospital provides clinical care to private, insured, and NHS patients.

The hospital has 40 beds and is predominantly specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery. They are a well-established global hospital group with over 50 years' experience.

The Role:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with at least 3 years of recovery experience. You will be responsible for delivering high-standard patient care, adhering to all policies and procedures, and ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes for patients.

You will have flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business. A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focused service is essential. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail are required, as well as excellent time management and sound written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Recovery experience - 3 Years +
  • ALS qualification is desirable
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focused service
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated computer skills
