Theatre Lead Position Overview
Appoint Healthcare is seeking an experienced Theatre Recovery Lead to join their team in a private hospital near Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a reputable private healthcare provider and lead a motivated team of nurses.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in theatre recovery and hold NMC / HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions. The salary for this position is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing high standard individualised patient care
  • Leading and motivating a team of nurses

Requirements:
  • NMC / HCPC registered
  • At least 3 years UK theatre recovery experience
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
