**Preventing Homelessness through Effective Support**

Completely Care Ltd is dedicated to providing expert support services to individuals at risk of homelessness. We are seeking a highly motivated Homelessness Prevention Worker to join our team in the Banbury area.

The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations, including those with mental health issues and a history of offending. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and engage with individuals at risk of homelessness, providing them with tailored support and guidance
  • Develop and implement effective prevention strategies to reduce the risk of homelessness
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize outcomes

**Salary and Benefits:**
