**Job Title:** Housing Support Professional
**Location:** Banbury, UK
**Salary:** £13.50 - £15.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Professional to join our team at Completely Care Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with individuals who are subject to repeat homelessness and rough sleeping to help them achieve their goals.
The role consists of prioritizing housing tenancies by working closely with tenants, landlords, and housing associations. You will provide support on a case-by-case basis, focusing on the transition for each client and addressing the complexity of their needs. Your aim will be to enable clients to make informed choices about their tenancy, finances, health, and wellbeing, while also encouraging positive lifestyle choices.
- Experience of working with vulnerable people with complex needs is essential.
- You should have a good understanding of tenancy/housing management, including welfare benefits.
- A knowledge of homelessness prevention, ex-offenders, mental health, and multi-agency working is also required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as good administration, organization, and planning skills, are necessary for this role.
