Customer Service Advisor - No Sales (Part Time)

Location

Newcastle Office

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with customers across multiple communication platforms
  • Build professional relationships and strive for excellent rapport with customers
  • Proactively handle high call volumes and orders
  • Deal with invoice queries efficiently
  • Create, record, and schedule orders/services onto bespoke IT systems
  • Promote the company's services and support the Sales function
  • Have a professional approach to change and receiving feedback
  • Have a mature and self-confident approach to work

Requirements

  • Impeccable telephone manner with good listening skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and ability to type
  • Admirable team player with organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative
  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages
  • Competency in multi-tasking and remaining impassive in a demanding environment
