Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer service standards and key performance indicators
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 standard grade passes, including English and Mathematics
  • Vocational qualification SVQ or relevant experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in IT software packages and ability to learn new systems
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
