About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Online department, where you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience. As an Online Order Picker, you will be responsible for selecting and packing orders for our customers, ensuring that they receive their products in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Select and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

About You

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is:

  • Helpful and friendly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive and able to use their own initiative to resolve customer queries.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, varied environment.
  • Able to use a range of equipment, while maintaining high standards of Health & Safety.
