Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Marketing Specialist to join our team at LifeSearch Limited.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing partner marketing campaigns, initiatives, and support services aligned with our strategic priorities, business objectives, and revenue targets.

Purpose of Job:

Your primary objective is to enable and support profitable revenue growth for LifeSearch through new and existing partnerships while ensuring the best possible customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial services. Protection space would be an advantage.
  • Passionate about the brand, B2B, and the customer, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in building and running integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Experience in managing social media presence, post, and content creation, as well as performance evaluation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling the clear conveyance of complex ideas.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, digital, operations, and external suppliers/partners.
  • A self-motivated individual able to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, PowerPoint, and Canva.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • An advanced level qualification in Marketing or equivalent fields.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance.
  • Experience in dealing with external partners, agencies, and suppliers.
