Strategic Alliance Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel & Partner Manager to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. As a Channel & Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel partnership strategies to achieve lead management and sales targets.
In this role, you will provide training and support to channel partners, collaborate with the commercial team, and monitor sales performance through channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Train and support channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell our products effectively.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop sales tools and marketing materials that drive engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance through channel partners, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Conduct regular reviews with channel partners to assess performance and identify areas for development.
- Provide regular reports on channel sales performance to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing risk.
- Manage all records related to your activity within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, requiring occasional travel to meet with partners and stakeholders. Flexibility to travel as needed is essential. You will be working closely with the commercial team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
