Job Description:
The Partner Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in driving our growth strategy by identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic partnerships that align with our objectives. This involves developing and executing a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy, prospecting and generating new partner opportunities, negotiating contract agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy, identifying key markets, segments, and potential partners to drive growth.
- Prospect and generate new partner opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Negotiate contract agreements with partners to ensure mutual value, profitability, and clear responsibilities between Comms365 and partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner acquisition efforts are aligned with company goals and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or partner management within the telecommunications, connectivity, or technology sectors.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably ConnectWise and other relevant business tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
