About the Role

Horner Recruitment seeks an experienced Sales and Partnerships Director to drive business growth and develop new relationships with clients across the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality sales support and ensure seamless client satisfaction.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and outreach.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a recruitment or related industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
