Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Givaudan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our business with designated accounts in the UK market. This role requires a sales/business professional with a background in the food or related industry. You will be based in Milton Keynes and report to the Sales Director Savoury & Snacks UK & Ireland, working as part of our Commercial Team UK & Ireland. The main responsibilities of this role include developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in designated accounts, positioning Givaudan as the preferred supplier for our customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, creating and implementing strategic Account Development Plans (ADPs), sales forecasts, and budgets for key accounts, with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve growth. The ideal candidate should have a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Sales, Marketing) and 4-6 years of successful sales, marketing, or customer relationship experience in the food or related industry, with experience achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
