Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Judicium. As a trusted partner to over 2,000 schools and academy trusts, we deliver an integrated education support service solution across HR, payroll & finance, premises, IT, and school governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve monthly KPIs of prospects contacted, pipeline generated, and sales closed.
  2. Manage internal sales processes, including processing orders, contracts, and quote generation.
  3. Generate and track sales leads and produce reports using the CRM database procedures.
  4. Maintain a clear understanding of the educational market and government policies to enable business growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Similar experience and success in customer-facing roles such as Account Managers or Sales Executives.
  • Previous experience using administration and ordering systems diligently.

Benefits:

Salary: Estimated salary is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
