Insurance Partnership Growth Specialist

This exciting opportunity offers a salary of up to £70,000 (negotiable) plus car allowance, lucrative quarterly bonus, and comprehensive company benefits package. You will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience and expertise.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Partnership proposition in line with new business campaigns and building a pipeline of new business prospects. You will work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, marketing, compliance, and legal to deliver exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an experienced Business Development Manager with exposure to the Partnerships / Affinities / Schemes distribution model. You will have a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market and be able to identify new business opportunities. We welcome talented candidates from insurers, MGAs, or brokers, and from either a commercial or personal lines background.
