Job Description:

Business Development and Partnerships Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Development and Partnerships Manager, where you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic partnerships that align with Comms365's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy, identifying key markets, segments, and potential partners to drive growth.
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner acquisition efforts are aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Identify and source new partner opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements to ensure mutual value, profitability, and clear responsibilities between Comms365 and partners.
  • Oversight of the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully promote and sell Comms365 products and services.

Requirements:

This role requires a proven track record in partner management, business development, or sales, preferably within the telecommunications, connectivity, or technology sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

They should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
