Area Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Area Business Development Manager to join our commercial team in the Milton Keynes area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, driving revenue and profitability.
Main Tasks- To develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- To lead, coach and develop the regional Surveying, Buying and Estimating teams, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
- To ensure accurate financial cost control, budgeting and forecasting, providing timely and reliable information to support business decision-making
This is an exciting opportunity to join Countryside Partnerships PLC as an Area Business Development Manager, working closely with our senior leadership team to drive business growth and success. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including 28 days' holiday plus all UK Bank Holidays, pension scheme with Legal & General, and agile working arrangements.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our commercial team to develop and implement effective strategies that drive business results and deliver value to our customers.
Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
