**BeBee Professionals is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager** to drive commercial growth and lead our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and monitoring and analyzing sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive commercial growth through effective sales strategies and tactics, identifying new sales opportunities and maximizing existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales staff, helping them to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, aligning strategies and resources for maximum impact.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, able to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a ability to build strong relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with a ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), with a solid understanding of business principles and practices.

**Compensation Package:**

  • Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonus structure: Performance-based bonuses, recognizing and rewarding individual and team achievements.
