Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Team Administrator to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report writing, and customer liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and provide accurate reports to stakeholders, including internal remortgage booking teams, mortgage Salesforce, and senior management.
  • Engage with customers to conduct service satisfaction calls and update systems accordingly.
  • Manage departmental and portal inbound enquiries, ensuring timely response and resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in an office-based administration role, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
