Office Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at CV-Library. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and be able to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities
- Plan and organize office social events
The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with marketing efforts, including developing and implementing basic marketing strategies and coordinating campaigns. They will work closely with the finance team to prepare and manage the office budget and track expenses.
In addition, they will support the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits administration. They will also provide administrative support for special projects as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
