We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our client in Milton Keynes. This role will be an integral part of the team, providing support throughout the business.

As Business Operations Coordinator, you will:

  1. Manage the reception area, including coordination and administration for all visitors.
  2. Undertake various administration duties, such as:
  3. Procuring stationery and office supplies.
  4. Providing support to the MDs, including arranging travel, visas, insurance, and document preparation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Excellent Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  2. Experience in arranging travel and necessary documents.
  3. Strong planning and organisation skills to manage projects and events.
