Office Operations Coordinator

The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including engagement with customers over the phone to conduct service satisfaction calls and update systems accordingly. This role also involves monitoring and distributing departmental and portal inbound enquiries, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders. To be successful in this position, you will need a minimum of 12 months' experience in an office-based administration role and excellent communication and organizational skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines to deliver high-quality results. The starting salary for this role is £23,500, with opportunities to earn up to £25,000 through business performance-related bonuses. We also offer a contributory workplace pension, generous staff referral bonus scheme, and more.
