About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for managing office budgets, planning and organising office social events, and providing administrative support to the Managing Director.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies. You will also be responsible for coordinating maintenance of office equipment and facilities, and managing social media accounts.

We are looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in office management or a related field is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office.
