Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our client's organisation in the education industry. This is a temporary position that requires someone with experience in on-boarding, HR administration, offer letter preparation, and DBS application processes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for preparing offer letters and conducting DBS checks for potential employees.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in an HR or administrative role within the education industry is highly advantageous.
