Our company, Fanatics, Inc., is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Human Resources Director. This position will be responsible for streamlining HR operations across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regional regulations.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations aligned with our company goals and legal standards.
Employee Relations:
  • Address and resolve employee relation issues, adhering to employment laws and best practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations across EMEA.
HRIS Management and Optimization:
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to optimize system functionality and improve automation of key HR processes.
Payroll Management:
  • Coordinate monthly payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, and leave balances.
Change Management:
  • Spearhead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze HR data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights, creating reports to support decision making.

A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HR operations, strong background in employee relations, policy development, and process improvement. In-depth understanding of UK Employment Law and knowledge of employment regulations across the EMEA region are desirable.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience.
