About the Role

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Advisor to join our team in the Central Region. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding HR service to our internal client group.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Professional Services firm that values its people and provides a supportive management structure to help you realise your potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the Regional People Experience Managers and Advisors to support the implementation of the people plan for the region.
  • Provide generalist HR support to employees, managers, and trainees across our employee lifecycle areas, including on-boarding, employee relations, and rewards.
  • Create individual study plans for each student, working with dedicated training providers and liaising with the training provider and the student as required.
  • Responsible for providing regular people updates across the region, particularly on all student study progression, aligning to appraisal and salary review processes.
  • Support the Regional People Experience Team with operational tasks such as exam disciplinaries, wellbeing support, and payroll checks.
Requirements
  • 1+ year's HR experience in an HR Administrative/HR Coordinator role or relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel across offices.
  • Experience in a multi-site role (desirable but not essential).
  • Professional services experience (desirable but not essential).
  • CIPD level 3 (desirable but not essential).
