Key Responsibilities- You will work closely with the Regional People Experience Managers and Advisors to support the implementation of the people plan for the region.
- Provide generalist HR support to employees, managers, and trainees across our employee lifecycle areas, including on-boarding, employee relations, and rewards.
- Create individual study plans for each student, working with dedicated training providers and liaising with the training provider and the student as required.
- Responsible for providing regular people updates across the region, particularly on all student study progression, aligning to appraisal and salary review processes.
- Support the Regional People Experience Team with operational tasks such as exam disciplinaries, wellbeing support, and payroll checks.
- 1+ year's HR experience in an HR Administrative/HR Coordinator role or relevant experience.
- Ability to travel across offices.
- Experience in a multi-site role (desirable but not essential).
- Professional services experience (desirable but not essential).
- CIPD level 3 (desirable but not essential).
- Genuine work-life balance.
- Accredited Investor in People.
