What We Offer

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Requires experience working in a matrixed organisation, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with restructuring, change management, recruitment, and supporting HR projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and rationalise within tight deadlines.
  • Able to research, analyse, and reason logically while being approachable, personable, and empathetic.
  • First-class listening skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
