Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and contribute to the overall success of Omron UK.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all account management topics, maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring high levels of service.
- Optimise customer processes, identify areas for improvement, and negotiate contracts to maximise mutual benefit.
- Serve as a trusted adviser to key customer segments, analysing their development potential and implementing corresponding plans.
- Contribute to developing a strategic customer processing concept and annual joint business plan to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales managers and the management team to develop action plans for business development.
- Manage annual budgets and control sales development of existing customers, compensating for any sales decreases through new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective pricing strategies in collaboration with country marketing.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of national account management experience with large pharmacy chains and retail.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Experience in further developing existing customer relationships.
- Background in a consumer product environment.
- Strong sales knowledge, particularly in OTC sales, pharmacy channel, and retail.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
