End-to-End Customer Journey Specialist:

Harnham is seeking an experienced End-to-End Customer Journey Specialist to join our team and lead on end-to-end customer experience optimisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering insights from surveys as well as other disparate data sets with the aim of optimizing customer journeys to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the customer insights space, with a proven track record of analysing Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Speech Analytics data using qualitative and quantitative methods for all customer groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather insights from surveys and other data sets
  • Analyse VoC and Speech Analytics data using qualitative and quantitative methods

Benefits:
  • £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
